On the otherhand,<\/p>\n<p>                    the learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed<\/p>\n<p>                    the prayer for condoning the delay.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                After hearing the parties, I am satisfied that the<\/p>\n<p>                    appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from not filing<\/p>\n<p>                    the appeal within time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                Accordingly, the interlocutory application No.<\/p>\n<p>                    3545 of 2010 is allowed.
