Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :11\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             J.B.KOSHY &amp; V.K.MOHANAN, JJ.\n                                 --------------------------------------\n                                     W.A.No.1452 OF 2008\n                                 -------------------------------------\n                                      Dated 11th July, 2008\n\n                                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Koshy,J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                Appellants are challenging the interim order passed by the learned single Judge<\/p>\n<p>in W.P.(C)No.20469 of 2008. According to the appellants, they got training and as per the<\/p>\n<p>rules only candidates employed in the University who got training from the University can be<\/p>\n<p>appointed. We note that even though selection was not stayed, the learned single Judge had<\/p>\n<p>stated that even if selection is made, appointments shall not be made without getting further<\/p>\n<p>orders from this court. In the above circumstances, since the appointment itself was stayed,<\/p>\n<p>we are of the opinion that the writ petition itself can be heard and selection can be made<\/p>\n<p>thereafter. Therefore, parties may approach the learned single Judge for an early disposal of<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition.
