K.MOHANAN, J.\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Bail Application NO.2469 of 2008\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 18th day of April, 2008.\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is accused No.3 in Crime No.120 of 2005 of Nattukal Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Sec. 395 of <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">I.P.C<\/a>., seeks<\/p>\n<p>his enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Having regard to the nature of the             offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioner, the present stage of<\/p>\n<p>investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.              Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>the J.F.C.M, Mannarkkad             and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">           1.   The petitioner shall surrender his passport<\/p>\n<p>              before the Judicial First Class Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>Bail A.No.2469 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                     -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 Court, Mannarkkad.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p id=\"p_5\">             2. The petitioner       shall   report before      the<\/p>\n<p>                 Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>                 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">\n<p id=\"p_7\">             3. The petitioner shall make himself available<\/p>\n<p>                 for interrogation as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>                 the police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">            4. The        petitioner shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                 intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>                 shall he attempt to tamper with the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                 for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">\n<p id=\"p_10\">            5.
