(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             The petitioner has filed the instant petition for setting aside the<\/p>\n<p>order dated 13.07.2009 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Chairman, Zila<\/p>\n<p>Parishad, Hoshiarpur, whereby the services of the petitioner as ETT teacher<\/p>\n<p>have been terminated.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             On 12.08.2009, on request of counsel for the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>case was adjourned for today. In the meanwhile, without disclosing the<\/p>\n<p>pendency of this petition, the petitioner has filed CWP No.13336 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>challenging the same order and the said writ petition was dismissed on<\/p>\n<p>merits on August 28, 2009.
