No.1207 of 2011\n                      PAWAN SINGH, SON OF SRI HARINANDAN SINGH\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02    22.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with G.R.P.<\/p>\n<p>                    Kiul P.S. Case No. 13 of 2006 registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 302<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">34<\/a> of<\/p>\n<p>                    the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the <a href=\"\/doc\/1934415\/\" id=\"a_2\">Arms Act<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   Petitioner is not named in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                    Report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order of<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai that the name of this<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner came in this case in further statement of informant. Had<\/p>\n<p>                    the informant seen the petitioner fleeing away from the place of<\/p>\n<p>                    occurrence having fire arms in his hand, he would have certainly<\/p>\n<p>                    given the name of petitioner while recording his fardbeyan.<\/p>\n<p>                    Moreover, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased had also not disclosed the name of the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                    other two named accused persons have already been granted<\/p>\n<p>                    privilege of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                   In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts<\/p>\n<p>                    and circumstances of the case, above named petitioner is directed<\/p>\n<p>                    to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                    Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of Rail Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with above stated G.R.P. Kiul P.S.
