Applicant has<br \/>\n\tno other criminal antecedents. Investigation is over and<br \/>\n\tcharge-sheet is filed. He further pointed out that the applicant is<br \/>\n\tnot even named in the F.I.R., however, as per the prosecution, he<br \/>\n\twas stated to have been found with fake currency notes.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above prima facie aspects as also considering the fact that one<br \/>\n\tco-accused with similar allegations has been released on bail by<br \/>\n\tthis Court by order dated 12.01.2011 passed in Criminal Misc.<br \/>\n\tApplication No.12925 of 2010, the applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\n\treleased on bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.I-13 of 2010<br \/>\n\tregistered at DCB Police Station, Surat on his furnishing bond of<br \/>\n\tRs.25,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of<br \/>\n\tthe like amount to the satisfaction of the lower court and subject<br \/>\n\tto the following conditions that he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">(a)\tnot take undue<br \/>\nadvantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">(b)\tnot act in a manner<br \/>\ninjurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">(c)\tmaintain law and<br \/>\norder;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(d)\tnot leave the State<br \/>\nof Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions Judge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">(e)\tfurnish the address<br \/>\nof his residence at the time of execution of the bond and shall not<br \/>\nchange the residence without prior permission of this Court;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">(f)\tmark presence in the<br \/>\nconcerned police station on every 1st and 15th<br \/>\nday of English Calendar month between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">(g)\tsurrender his<br \/>\npassport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">If<br \/>\n\tbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the Sessions<br \/>\n\tJudge concerned will be free to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\n\tmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">Bail<br \/>\n\tbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">Rule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute.
