Civil<br \/>\nApplication No. 1894 of 2010 was filed by one Kamlesh M. Desai and<br \/>\nanother.  In the said application,  an affidavit in reply is filed on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent no. 1, affirmed by one Shri Hemedra Jayantilal<br \/>\nShah, Joint Secretary, Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat, but<br \/>\ndespite that affidavit, and that, stand taken before the Contempt<br \/>\nCourt, the authorities are not acting according to that statement.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.0\tIf<br \/>\nthat is so, remedy to the petitioner is lying elsewhere and not by<br \/>\nway of filing this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4.0\tWith<br \/>\nthis observation, the petition is disposed of.
