Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                     W.P.(C) No.27201 OF 2008 (L)\n                    = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n             Dated this the 22nd day of September 2008\n\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The claim in this writ petition is that the prior service of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner in the aided school should be added to his subsequent<\/p>\n<p>service as H.S.S.T. This claim has been negatived by the Government<\/p>\n<p>as is seen from Ext. P5. It is this order which is under challenge.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. The learned Govt. Pleader mas made available before me a<\/p>\n<p>judgment of the Division Bench in W.A. No. 288\/05.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3. The petitioner has not produced any material to indicate<\/p>\n<p>that he is entitled to have his claim considered. That apart, the view<\/p>\n<p>in Ext.P5 has also been taken by the Division Bench of this Court in<\/p>\n<p>the judgment in W.A.
