Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :14\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1390448\/\" id=\"a_1\">01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                                 V.GIRI, J\n\n                              -------------------\n\n                          W.P.(C<\/a>).34944\/2007\n\n                              --------------------\n\n           Dated this  the  14th  day of January, 2008\n\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        Petitioners   have   prayed   for   a   direction   to   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents   to   grant     the   scale   of   pay   of   Rs.4210-6235<\/p>\n<p>with effect from the date of their joining service and   the<\/p>\n<p>revised scale of   pay notionally.
