No.20230 of 2010\n                          SHANKAR SAH, SON OF MUSAHRU SAH\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.   24.06.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under <a href=\"\/doc\/619940\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 363<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/886598\/\" id=\"a_1\">365<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1101188\/\" id=\"a_2\">379<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1897847\/\" id=\"a_3\">120B<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_4\">34<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             Considering the merits of the case, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  was refused bail by an order dated 27.11.2009 vide Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                  35018 of 2009, this Court is not inclined to take a different view<\/p>\n<p>                  in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                             The prayer for bail is rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                             The trial court is directed to expedite the trial taking<\/p>\n<p>                  recourse of <a href=\"\/doc\/1755060\/\" id=\"a_5\">Section 62<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/423373\/\" id=\"a_6\">66<\/a> of Cr.
