Justice K.P.BALACHANDRAN\n\n Dated :24\/05\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                    J.B.KOSHY &amp; K.P.BALACHANDRAN, JJ.\n\n                 -------------------------------------\n\n                          W.P.(C)No.15520 OF 2007\n\n                 -------------------------------------\n\n                            Dated 24th May, 2007\n\n\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Koshy,J<br \/>\n        .\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">              It   is   the   case   of   the   petitioners   that   election   of<\/p>\n<p>the   Board   of   Directors   of   the   Valiyathovala   Service   Co-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">operative   Bank   is   scheduled   to   be   held   on   27.5.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Petitioners apprehend disturbances in the election.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">              2. Heard Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">              3.
