Permitted to be withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">   (BHAGWATI PRASAD, J)<\/p>\n<p>(pkn)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">  -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the petitioners after signature on the order,<br \/>\nappeared and submitted that she withdrew the petition without<br \/>\ninstructions from her clients. This was a decision taken by her  on<br \/>\nher own wisdom but her clients are not agreeable and therefore she<br \/>\nprays that the order may be recalled and an order on merits may be<br \/>\npassed. Looking to the difficult situation in which the learned<br \/>\nadvocate has landed herself, the order passed earlier deserves to be<br \/>\nrecalled. Accordingly the order is recalled.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\t\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the parties.  The allegations in the writ<br \/>\npetition are levelled for unfairness of the selection process. These<br \/>\nallegations come after the petitioners have already participated in<br \/>\nthe process of selection. The allegations are of the nature which are<br \/>\nnot based on the personal knowledge of the petitioners. There is no<br \/>\naverment of the petitioners about the source of information. They are<br \/>\nof general character and vague. The process of selection cannot be<br \/>\nimpugned unless definite allegations are made and the allegations are<br \/>\nsubstantiated by solid evidence. In the instant case, the allegations<br \/>\nare bald, vague and unsupported by any material evidence. In that<br \/>\nview of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there is no<br \/>\nsubstance in the petition. Hence no interference is called for.
