NO. 30492 OF 2007\n                              ---------------------\n                 Dated this the 15thday of October, 2007\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        Petitioner was one of the respondents before the Motor<\/p>\n<p>Accidents Claims Tribunal and an award was passed against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. The contention of the petitioner is that his only landed<\/p>\n<p>property has already been sold long ago even prior to the award and<\/p>\n<p>that revenue recovery proceedings are now initiated against the<\/p>\n<p>properties so transferred by him. It is challenging that proceedings,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        2. If at all any revenue recovery proceedings as submitted by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has been initiated, it is only against the property, which<\/p>\n<p>according to the petitioner has been transferred even before the<\/p>\n<p>award. If that be so, it is the transferee of the property who is to be<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved and not the petitioner.
