Registrar &amp; PIO,\n                                            University of Delhi\n                                            Main Campus, Delhi-110007.\n\n   RTI application filed on          :      24\/09\/2008\n   PIO replied                       :      20\/10\/2008\n   First Appeal filed on             :      29\/10\/2008\n   First Appellate Authority order   :      12\/11\/2008\n   Second Appeal filed on            :      24\/2\/209\n\nDetail of required information:-\n        The Appellant had asked following question regarding the admission process of\nJubilee Hall (Hostel) University of Delhi under <a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_1\">RTI Act<\/a>, 2005.\n        1)     How many students have taken admission in this month of September\n               2005 in Jubilee Hall according to the admission lists displayed by the hall\n               authority on 15th and 18th September 2008? What are their names,\n               departments, categories and which room have been allotted to them?\n\nPIO replied.\n       PIO replied that \"The information made available by the Provost, Jubilee Hall had\nbeen supplied to the appellant\".\n.\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        First Appellate Authority ordered &#8220;The appellant wanted to have information<br \/>\nregarding students admitted in the month of September, 2008 in Jubilee Hall, which was<br \/>\nprovided to the appellant. The appeal preferred by the appellant does not specify any<br \/>\nlacunae in the information provided to the appellant and therefore, no relief can be<br \/>\ngranted&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\"> Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Saikat Dalui<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Deepak Vats PIO<br \/>\nThe PIO contends that the information is very voluminous. The appellant would like to<br \/>\ninspect the records.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">The PIO will facilitate an inspection of the records on 1 May 2009 at 10.00 am at the<br \/>\nHostel office.
