BARUN, DISTRICT AURANGABAD. ---- PETITIONER\n                                    Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2    22.12.2010                Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 457<\/a>,<\/p>\n
                   380<\/a> and 511<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                               The allegation is that the petitioner entered the house<\/p>\n
                   of the informant and asked for her son or in the alternative asked<\/p>\n
                   to pay the money. When she created a commotion he ran away. It<\/p>\n
                   is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no evidence<\/p>\n
                   that the petitioner had entered the house to commit theft, in fact<\/p>\n
                   he had not taken a single penny from the lady concerned and she<\/p>\n
                   has made him accused because she owes him money.<\/p>\n
                               Be that as it may, petitioner     Manoj Chaudhary is<\/p>\n
                   directed to be released on bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                   No. 113 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of rupees ten thousand<\/p>\n
                   with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n
                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.\n<\/p>\n
