Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :21\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n\n\n                                K.S.Radhakrishnan\n\n                                              &amp;\n\n                                Antony Dominic, JJ.\n\n                  ========================\n\n                          W.P.(C).No.19113 of 2007\n\n                  ========================\n\n                 Dated this the 21st  day of June, 2007.\n\n\n                                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Radhakrishnan,J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">         Writ   Petition   was   preferred   against   the   order   passed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>Central   Administrative   Tribunal   in   O.A.No.409   of   2003   holding   that<\/p>\n<p>there was no misconduct and directed to reinstate the respondent in<\/p>\n<p>service.   The   only   charge   levelled   against   the   delinquent   officer   was<\/p>\n<p>that she had failed to account for three registered letters.       There is<\/p>\n<p>no case for the Department that she had caused any monetary loss to<\/p>\n<p>the   Department  and  there  is  no  previous   instances   of  misconduct   as<\/p>\n<p>well.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">         2.     Taking   into   account   all   aspects   of   the   matter,   the   Tribunal<\/p>\n<p>held that no case of misconduct as such, involving lack of integrity, has<\/p>\n<p>been made out.
