Mr.A.Ramar\n     1 to 4\t    Addl.Public Prosecutor\n\t\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">(Order of the Court was made<br \/>\n by M.JAICHANDREN, J)<br \/>\n\tThis Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct<br \/>\nthe respondents 1 to 4, to produce the petitioner&#8217;s husband, viz., E.Sekar, son<br \/>\nof Erulan, aged about 45 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t2. The detenu, viz., E.Sekar, had been produced before this Court, by the<br \/>\nthird respondent, today.  On enquiry, he had stated that he had gone to a<br \/>\ntemple, on his own accord.  He had also stated that he had not been detained in<br \/>\nillegal custody by any one, including the fifth respondent, as alleged by the<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\t3. In view of the said statements made by the detenu, he is set at<br \/>\nliberty.
