Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n             --------------------------------------------------\n                W.P.(C) NO.24389 OF 2010(W)\n             --------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 22nd day of October, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      According to the petitioners, from                  his property in<\/p>\n<p>RS.Nos.179\/18 to 179\/27, there was a private pathway, in respect<\/p>\n<p>of which tax was being paid by the petitioners. According to them,<\/p>\n<p>in 2007, when resurvey was completed, the pathway was<\/p>\n<p>separately surveyed and included in Rs.No.179\/19. It is stated<\/p>\n<p>that this was obviously a mistake and therefore they made<\/p>\n<p>representations, one of which is Ext.P7 seeking correction of the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid mistake. Inaction on the representation is what is<\/p>\n<p>complained of in this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  Having regard to the above, if as stated by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners Ext.P7 representation has been received and is<\/p>\n<p>pending it is directed that on the production of a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>judgment, the 2nd respondent shall consider Ext.P7 and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon.
