Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ===============\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 2614 OF 2008 J\n               =====================\n\n           Dated this the 22nd day of January, 2008\n\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       Against Ext.P2 order of assessment, petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 appeal accompanied by Ext.P4 application for stay. It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted that while the appeal and stay petitions are pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration of the 1st respondent, recovery proceedings have<\/p>\n<p>been initiated by issuing Ext.P1 notice of demand under <a href=\"\/doc\/558\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section<\/p>\n<p>7<\/a> of the Revenue Recovery Act. It is in this background this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.
