P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              Petitioner is husband of the deceased who died within seven<\/p>\n<p>                    years of her marriage other than in normal circumstance but as per<\/p>\n<p>                    prosecution case itself, the information regarding death of the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased was given by the petitioner as well as his brother.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                    that mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased have already<\/p>\n<p>                    been released on anticipatory bail and regular bail respectively and no<\/p>\n<p>                    specific material has come against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    detention of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                    14.6.2010, let the petitioner, Pankaj Yadav, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge FTC No.<\/p>\n<p>                    VIII, Purnea in Sessions Trial no. 1193\/2010 arising out of K. Nagar<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S.
