No.4691\/2010\n22\/07\/2010\n       Shri R.L.Ariha, Advocate for the applicants.\n       Shri   B.P.Pandey,         Public    Prosecutor    for   the\nrespondent-State.<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       Heard both the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       Applicants are in custody in connection with<br \/>\nCrime No.56\/2010 registered at Police Station Palera<br \/>\nDistrict Tikamgarh for the offence punishable under<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/doc\/538436\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 498-A<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/92983\/\" id=\"a_1\">306<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/653797\/\" id=\"a_2\">304-B<\/a> of IPC and <a href=\"\/doc\/751411\/\" id=\"a_3\">Sections 3<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1023340\/\" id=\"a_4\">4<\/a> of<br \/>\nDowry Prohibition Act , since 19\/3\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">       Learned counsel for the applicants submits that<br \/>\nthe    applicant No.1        is    the     mother-in-law of     the<br \/>\ndeceased, whereas applicant No.2 is the sister-in-law<br \/>\nof the husband of the deceased. The relatives of the<br \/>\ndeceased have made omnibus allegations against the<br \/>\nfamily members of the husband of the deceased. He<br \/>\nfurther submits that in case diary statement of<br \/>\nMathura Prasad, father of the deceased, he has<br \/>\nalleged that husband of the deceased was asking for a<br \/>\nmotorcycle, whereas father-in-law of the deceased was<br \/>\nasking for sofa-set, but did not make any allegation<br \/>\nagainst the present applicants. The applicants are<br \/>\nhouse-wives. Applicant No.1 is 58 years old lady,<br \/>\nwhereas applicant No.2 is a young lady of 25 years of<br \/>\nage.    They     are    in        custody      since     19\/3\/2010<br \/>\nunnecessarily, therefore they pray for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       Learned public prosecutor for the State opposes<br \/>\nthe application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">               After hearing aforesaid arguments and looking to<br \/>\n         the facts and circumstances of the case, without<br \/>\n         expressing any view on the merits of the case, I am of<br \/>\n         the opinion that this is a fit case in which bail may be<br \/>\n         granted to the applicants Smt. Bhagwati and Smt.<br \/>\n         Kamli Bai.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">              Therefore,      the   application    of     the    present<br \/>\n         applicants   under    <a href=\"\/doc\/1290514\/\" id=\"a_5\">Section   439<\/a>      Cr.P.C    is   hereby<br \/>\n         allowed.
