Mukesh Kumar\n     Both son of Ramautar singh, both resident of village - Shiv\nNagar, P.S. - Beldaur, District - Khagaria.\n                                                  ---- Petitioners.\n                               Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                            --- Opposite Party\n                              -------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> 02. 25.11.2010              Heard    learned  counsel   for  the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners     and     learned       Additional       Public<\/p>\n<p>                 Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               Supplementary          affidavit   has      been<\/p>\n<p>                 filed on behalf of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">                               In     this    case     instituted      against\n\n                 altogether     seven       persons,     petitioners       name\n\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                 emerged during investigation, the persons also<\/p>\n<p>                 involved in the episode and killing of son of<\/p>\n<p>                 the   informant.     The    persons    through     whom    the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant got information about brutal killing<\/p>\n<p>                 of his son though have not named in the First<\/p>\n<p>                 Information     Report       and     subsequently      during<\/p>\n<p>                 investigation their statements under <a href=\"\/doc\/447673\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections<\/p>\n<p>                 161<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/497457\/\" id=\"a_1\">164<\/a> of the Code of Criminal Procedure<\/p>\n<p>                 appears     recorded       stating    the   alleged       role<\/p>\n<p>                 played by the petitioners, since investigation<\/p>\n<p>                 is going on.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                         Considering the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                 of    the    case,     in      the     event     of     their<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>          four   weeks   of     receipt    of    the     copy       of   this<\/p>\n<p>          order,     till     submission         of    charge        sheet,<\/p>\n<p>          petitioners,      namely,      Jhulo    Singh       and    Mukesh<\/p>\n<p>          Kumar, are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>          furnishing     bail     bond    of     Rs.     10,000\/-        (ten<\/p>\n<p>          thousand only) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial    Magistrate,        Khagaria,       in    connection<\/p>\n<p>          with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 29\/2010 (G.R.
