Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :27\/04\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                            P.N.RAVINDRAN, J.\n                          --------------------------------\n                       W.P.(C) No. 13838 of 2010\n                          --------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 27th day of April, 2010.\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       The petitioner is a former employee of the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the &#8216;KSRTC&#8217; for short).<\/p>\n<p>He retired from service on 31.3.2010 while he was working as Electrician<\/p>\n<p>Special Grade in the KSRTC.              This writ petition is filed seeking<\/p>\n<p>expeditious payment of DCRG and commuted value of pension on the<\/p>\n<p>ground that the petitioner has to incur heavy expenditure in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the marriage of his daughter, which is to be solemnised on 31.5.2010.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.   Sri.
