P2   and   P4   orders,   the   4th   respondent   filed<\/p>\n<p>appeal-Ext.P6 before the 1st respondent in respect of approval of<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s appointment.  Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">        2.       I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.  In<\/p>\n<p>the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   dispose   of   this   writ<\/p>\n<p>petition   with   a   direction   to   the   1st   respondent   to   consider   and<\/p>\n<p>pass  appropriate  orders on  Ext.P6, as  expeditiously as  possible,<\/p>\n<p>at  any  rate,   within   three  months,   from   the  date   of   receipt   of   a<\/p>\n<p>copy   of   this   judgment   after   affording   an   opportunity   of   being<\/p>\n<p>heard to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent.
