Secretary\n                                             Ministry of Human Resource Development\n                                             Department of Higher Education,\n                                             Technical Section-III\n                                             Shastri Bhawan,New Delhi\n\nRTI application filed on             :       22\/09\/2009\nComplaint notice sent on             :       20\/04\/2010\n\nInformation sought:-\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The appellant wants the following information:-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">1.The Appellant seeks information as to whether reply to the RTI Application letter no.<br \/>\n36789\/RTI\/271\/7\/EIA dated 8th April,2009 and letter no. dated 10th July,2009 correct or not or E.W.C<br \/>\nBranch Delhi is correct.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">2.There is usually 3 years diploma course but in CME Pune, it is 2 years, whether these both are same<br \/>\nbecause there is even ITI Diploma course for 2 years.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.Whether 2 years Diploma holders are eligible for the post of JE,as Qualification for the post of J.E is 3<br \/>\nyear Diploma course or 2 years ITI course.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">4.Whether Mechanical Engineering and Production + Industrial Engineering same.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">Ground of the Complaint:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">Information not provided by PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">Reply from PIO:-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">No Reply<\/p>\n<p>Submissions received from the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">   1. The complainant submitted the transfer letter of RTI Appeal to the Director &amp; CPIO,Technical<br \/>\n      Section-III,MHRD,New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">   2. Vide letter dated 30\/12\/2009,F.No.22-2408\/2009.RIA,The concerned PIO submitted that the query<br \/>\n      should be answered by the Advisor,All India Council for Technical Education,4th Floor,NBCC<br \/>\n      Place,Bheesma Pitamaha Marg,Lodhi Road,New Delhi-110003.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">Submissions received from the Complainant:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">   1. The Complainant, Mr. Rajinder Singh,vide letter dated 24\/03\/2010 submitted before the<br \/>\n      commission by which the CPIO concerned was to furnish the feedback with reference to his letter<br \/>\n      dated 22\/09\/2009 has elapsed, but information sought has not yet been provided to him.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">   2. The Complainant submitted to the Government of India,Ministry of Human Resources<br \/>\n      Development of Higher Education Technical Section-II no.18-118\/2009 TS-II of 20 Nov,2009.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">The following were present<br \/>\nComplainant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">Respondent : Mr. R. K. Bandyopadhyay, CPIO&amp; Dy. Secretary;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_17\">        The PIO states that had been received by him but has been misplaced.
