                           Prayer    for    anticipatory       bail       has    been<\/p>\n
                made by the petitioner who apprehends his arrest<\/p>\n
                in the said case.\n<\/p>\n
                           Learned counsel for the petitioner has<\/p>\n
                filed supplementary affidavit in Court stating<\/p>\n
                therein that opposite party no.2 Pann Devi @<\/p>\n
                Chhato Devi wife of petitioner Rajesh Kumar has<\/p>\n
                performed     second     marriage      with    one    Sheo       Nath<\/p>\n
                Paswan son of Chanar Paswan, resident of village<\/p>\n
                Aamawa,     Post     Madhopur,       Chand     Saraiya,          P.S.<\/p>\n
                Turkaulia, District East Champaran.<\/p>\n
                           To verify the aforesaid fact, call for a
\n                       2<\/span><\/p>\n
     report from the concerned Police Station through<\/p>\n
     the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah<\/p>\n
     (West Champaran) as to whether opposite party<\/p>\n
     no.2 has performed second marriage with one Sheo<\/p>\n
     Nath Paswan.\n<\/p>\n
             Put     up   this      case   for     admission<\/p>\n
     immediately after receipt of the report.<\/p>\n
             In the meantime, no coercive step shall<\/p>\n
     be taken against the petitioner in connection<\/p>\n
     with Complaint Case No. 1005C\/07 pending in the<\/p>\n
     court   of    Sub-Divisional    Judicial    Magistrate,<\/p>\n
