However, to see that, in<br \/>\nfuture, no further litigation is created, the Trustee &#8211; Shri<br \/>\nJashubhai Manubhai Shah is directed to file an Undertaking to this<br \/>\nCourt that they will follow the required procedure and will see that<br \/>\nthe construction is supervised by the Officer of the Corporation from<br \/>\ntime to time.  The Undertaking shall be filed on or before<br \/>\n10th<br \/>\nJanuary 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.1\tLearned<br \/>\nSenior Advocate Mr. BB Naik with Mr. Unwala, learned advocate for the<br \/>\nrespondent no. 2 &#8211; Trust submitted that the Trust is carrying<br \/>\non the construction only according to the permission granted by the<br \/>\nMunicipal Corporation, a copy of which is produced at Page 49 to this<br \/>\npetition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">3.2\tEven<br \/>\nthan, the aforesaid direction is issued as it is an innocuous one.<br \/>\nThe Undertaking shall be filed as directed.  The Officer of the<br \/>\nCorporation is directed to be more vigilant so that, unnecessarily,<br \/>\nit does not give rise to conflict between the rival groups.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">4.0\tWith<br \/>\nthese directions, the petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">[<br \/>\nRavi R.
