Petitioner apprehends that he<\/p>\n<p>may be arrested on the allegation that he has committed non bailable<\/p>\n<p>offences.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">         2.    The   learned   Public   Prosecutor     after   taking   instructions<\/p>\n<p>submits that Crime No.461 of 2007 of Kalamassery Police Station has,<\/p>\n<p>in   fact,   been   registered   against   the   petitioner.     But   the   offences<\/p>\n<p>alleged  being all  bailable,  the apprehension of the  petitioner  that  he<\/p>\n<p>may   be   arrested   on   the   allegation   of   his   having   committed   non<\/p>\n<p>bailable offences is without any merit or basis, he submits.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">         3.    The   submissions   of   the   learned   Public   Prosecutor     are<\/p>\n<p>taken note of and recorded.  It is now evident that the apprehension of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is without any basis.
