It is further submitted by him that<br \/>\nthe co-accused have been released either on regular bail or on<br \/>\ntemporary bail.  Hence, on parity also, the present petitioner is<br \/>\nrequired to be granted anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">3.\t\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the allegations levelled against the present<br \/>\npetitioner and the fact that the co-accused have been released on<br \/>\nbail, this petition deserves to be allowed and it is hereby allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">4.\t\tIn<br \/>\nthe event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No.I-32 of<br \/>\n2008 of Ranpur police station, he shall be released on bail in<br \/>\nrespect of the offences alleged against him in this application on<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with<br \/>\none surety of the like amount, by the concerned police officer and on<br \/>\ncondition that he shall &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">(a)\tremain<br \/>\npresent before the concerned police\tstation on 3.11.2008 between 11<br \/>\nam and 5 \tpm.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">(b)\tremain<br \/>\npresent before the trial court\tregularly as and when directed on the<br \/>\ndates\tfixed;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">[c]\tmake<br \/>\n himself available for interrogation by\ta   \tpolice officer whenever<br \/>\nand wherever \trequired;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">(d)\tnot<br \/>\ndirectly or indirectly make any inducement \tthreat or promise to any<br \/>\nperson acquainted with \tthe facts of the case so as to dissuade from<br \/>\n\tdisclosing such facts to the court or to any \tpolice officer;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">(e)\tnot<br \/>\nto obstruct or hamper the police\tinvestigation and not to play<br \/>\nmischief with \tthe \tevidence collected or yet to be \tcollected by<br \/>\n\tthe police;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">(f)\tat<br \/>\nthe time of execution of bond, furnish the \tresidential address to<br \/>\nthe I.O., and the court \tconcerned and shall nota change his<br \/>\nresidence \ttill the final disposal of the case or till \tfurther<br \/>\norders;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">(g)\tnot<br \/>\nleave India without the permission of the \tcourt and if having<br \/>\npassport, shall deposit the \tsame before the trial court within a<br \/>\nweek.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">5.\t\tIt<br \/>\nwould be open to the I.O., to file an application for remand, if he<br \/>\nconsiders it proper and just, and the concerned Magistrate would<br \/>\ndecide it on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">6.\t\tThis<br \/>\norder will hold good if the applicant is arrested any time within 90<br \/>\ndays from today. This order for release on bail will remain operative<br \/>\nonly for a period of ten days from the date of his arrest.<br \/>\nThereafter, it will be open to the applicant to make a fresh<br \/>\napplication for being enlarged on bail in usual course which when it<br \/>\ncomes before the competent court, will be disposed of in accordance<br \/>\nwith law, having regard to all the attending circumstances and the<br \/>\nmaterials available at the relevant time uninfluenced by the fact<br \/>\nthat anticipatory bail was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">7.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
