Exhibit-P1 is the<\/p>\n<p>order of transfer, whereby, the petitioner was transferred to<\/p>\n<p>Kottayam district. In pursuant to Exhibit-P1, the District Medical<\/p>\n<p>Officer, Kottayam issued Exhibit-P2 order posting the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>at Primary Relation Centre, Marangattupilly. It is aggrieved by<\/p>\n<p>the transfer so made that the petitioner has preferred this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition. The grounds raised by the petitioner are illness and<\/p>\n<p>personal inconveniences which are not grounds for interference<\/p>\n<p>by this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.<\/p>\n<p>      However, the petitioner has ventilated her grievances by<\/p>\n<p>filing Exhibit-P3 representation before the 1st respondent and it<\/p>\n<p>is for the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
