The<br \/>\napplicants have been arrested on 15.9.2008.  It is submitted that the<br \/>\ncharge sheet is filed and the injured have been discharged from the<br \/>\nhospital.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4.\tI<br \/>\nhave gone through the complaint and the injury certificate produced.<br \/>\nIt appears that all the injured persons have been discharged from the<br \/>\nhospital.  Taking into consideration the gravity of the offence, the<br \/>\napplication deserves to be allowed and it is hereby allowed.  The<br \/>\napplicants are ordered to be released on bail in connection with the<br \/>\nalleged offence registered against them  on their executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond in sum of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five thousand only) each<br \/>\nwith  surety of like amount each to the satisfaction of the lower<br \/>\nCourt subject to the conditions that they shall,<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of their liberty or \tmisuse their liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto act in a manner injurious to the interest \tof the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">(c)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">(d)\tmark<br \/>\ntheir presence before the concerned Police \tStation 1st<br \/>\nday of every month between \t9.00 \ta.m. 2.00 p.m. <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">(e)\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without the prior \tpermission of this<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">(f)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of their residence to the\tI.O., and also to the Court at<br \/>\nthe time of\texecution of the bond and shall not change his\tresidence<br \/>\nwithout prior permission of this\tCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">(g)\tsurrender<br \/>\ntheir passports, if any, to the lower\tCourt within a week;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">5.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above condition is committed, the Sessions Judge<br \/>\nconcerned will be free to issue warrant or take appropriate action in<br \/>\nthe matter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">6.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">7.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
