RANJAY SHARMA SON OF RAM NASIB SHARMA.\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   31.03.2011             Heard learned counsels for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           The petitioners are apprehending their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                 in a case registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/162506\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 447<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">594<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_2\">307<\/a> of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Indian Penal Code and <a href=\"\/doc\/244673\/\" id=\"a_3\">Section 27<\/a> of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           It is alleged against petitioner no.1 to have<\/p>\n<p>                 given the order on which Ramakant Sharma fired.<\/p>\n<p>                 Though, no injury was caused to anyone.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                           A statement has been made in para 12 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                           Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail, in<\/p>\n<p>                 the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Case No. 297\/2010, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>             down under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_4\">Section 438(2)<\/a> Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                       (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ram Nasib Sharma &amp;Amp; Anr. vs The State Of Bihar on 31 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
