Submission is that rice was being carried<\/p>\n<p>                 under the direction of dealer Satendra Yadav.<\/p>\n<p>                 Driver is allowed bail and petitioner remained<\/p>\n<p>                 in custody since 16.7.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                         Thus, having regard to the facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case as well as submission<\/p>\n<p>                 of the parties, the above named petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                 two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction    of   Chief   Judicial     Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                 Jehanabad in Arwal P.S.
