Khatri, for the non-applicant\/respondents.\n\nBY THE COURT:<\/pre>\n<p>            By an application being IA 141\/2006 under Order 1<\/p>\n<p>Rule 10 CPC, the applicant-appellants seek to inplead the New<\/p>\n<p>India Assurance Company Limited as a party-respondent.<\/p>\n<p>            Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC is allowed and the New<\/p>\n<p>India Assurance Company is impleaded as a party respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Amended cause title has already been filed, which may be placed<\/p>\n<p>at the appropriate place in the file.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Mr.   L.D.   Khatri,   appears   for   the   newly   added<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondent the New India Assurance Company Limited, the<\/p>\n<p>service is, therefore, complete.\n<\/p>\n<p>            By the instant application under Section 152 read<\/p>\n<p>with Section 151 CPC, the applicant-appellants submits that<\/p>\n<p>there is an arithmetical error regarding computation of the<\/p>\n<p>amount of compensation        in the judgment dated 8-4-2003<\/p>\n<p>passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.96\/1996.<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants submits that while<\/p>\n<p>passing the judgment dated 8-4-2003, this Court came to the<\/p>\n<p>conclusion that the annual contribution of the deceased towards<\/p>\n<p>his dependents was Rs.12,000\/- per annum and applied the<\/p>\n<p>multiplier of 18 years purchase factor and the amount of total<\/p>\n<p>dependency comes to Rs.2,16,000\/- , whereas the amount of<\/p>\n<p>RS.1,80,000\/- has been awarded as compensation as against 18<\/p>\n<p>years dependency and adding to that amount the loss of             love<\/p>\n<p>and affection to applicant-appellant No.2 to 7 @ Rs.5000\/- each,<\/p>\n<p>which comes to Rs.30,000\/-, the total amount of compensation<\/p>\n<p>comes to Rs.2,46,000\/- and further adding thereto the loss of<\/p>\n<p>consortium of Rs.15,000\/- to applicant-appellant No.1 Smt.<\/p>\n<p>Salama,   the   total   amount         of   compensation   comes     to<\/p>\n<p>Rs.2,61,000\/-, whereas the total compensation of Rs.2,25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>has been awarded by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>            On careful perusal of the judgment dated 8-4-2003,<\/p>\n<p>which is under review, it appears that there is arithmetical<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>mistake so far as awarded the compensation towards loss of<\/p>\n<p>dependency      of    the applicant-appellants for 18 years, i.e. Rs.<\/p>\n<p>12,000 x 18 = 2,16,000\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In this view of the matter, the review application<\/p>\n<p>deserves to be        allowed and in the judgment dated 8-4-2003<\/p>\n<p>passed   by    this    Court    in    S.B.   Civil   Miscellaneous   Appeal<\/p>\n<p>No.96\/1996,     in    place    of    total   compensation    towards   lthe<\/p>\n<p>dependency @ Rs.12,000\/- per annum for 18 years deserves to<\/p>\n<p>be substituted by Rs. 2,16,000\/- in place of Rs.1,80,000\/- and<\/p>\n<p>in place of total compensation, the amount of Rs.2,61,000\/- in<\/p>\n<p>place of Rs.2,25,000\/- deserves to be substituted.<\/p>\n<p>              With these modification, the review petition stands<\/p>\n<p>disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             (H.R.
