Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             Petitioner is husband of the deceased and he is<\/p>\n<p>                   languishing in jail custody since 5.10.2009 in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                   under <a href=\"\/doc\/653797\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 304B<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">34<\/a> of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             There is specific allegation against the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   other accused that they mercilessly assaulted the deceased on<\/p>\n<p>                   account of non-fulfillment of illegal demand of motorcycle in<\/p>\n<p>                   dowry.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              The post mortem report of the deceased corroborates the<\/p>\n<p>                   allegation but submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                   that deceased was taken to hospital by the petitioner and his other<\/p>\n<p>                   family members after an incident when the deceased fell from her<\/p>\n<p>                   roof.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                             Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   as well as materials available on the case diary, I do not feel it<\/p>\n<p>                   proper to release the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                             Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Sandesh P.S.
