               Petitioner,   who  is   the   first   accused  in   Crime   No.169\/07   of<\/p>\n
Pathanamthitta  Police  Station   for  an   offence  punishable   under  section<\/p>\n
498A   read   with   section   34<\/a>   IPC,   seeks   anticipatory   bail.     His   earlier<\/p>\n
request for anticipatory bail filed by him along with accused Nos.2 and 3<\/p>\n
as B.A.No.1819\/07 was turned down by this court, inter alia, taking note<\/p>\n
of   the   fact   that   the   marriage   between   the   petitioner   and   the   defacto<\/p>\n
complainant   took   place   on   20.11.06   and   also   the   averments   in   the<\/p>\n
complaint filed by the defacto complainant.  The petitioner has not been<\/p>\n
able to show any change of circumstance in his favour so as to pursue<\/p>\n
me to grant anticipatory bail.  I see no reason to grant any pre-arrest bail<\/p>\n
to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
\n
       This petition is accordingly dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
