No. 1324 OF 2009\n              ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n               Dated this the 25th day of June, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Balakrishnan Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             The Writ Appeal is filed against an interim order dated<\/p>\n<p>22.6.2009 passed by the learned single Judge in WP(C) No.16992\/09.<\/p>\n<p>In the said interim order, no final decision has been taken on the<\/p>\n<p>contentions of the appellant. The learned Judge has only noticed his<\/p>\n<p>contentions. It is true no interim order has been granted in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.  Having regard to the principles laid down by this court in<\/p>\n<p>K.S.Das Vs. State of Kerala [1992 (2) KLT 358(FB)], no appeal will lie<\/p>\n<p>against the order impugned in this case. Accordingly, the appeal is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed without prejudice to the contentions of the appellant and his<\/p>\n<p>right to pursue them before the learned single Judge.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                                                     Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                   (K.
