Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :15\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                              J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                   W.P.(C) No.  8387  of   2005 (W)\n\n                       -  - - - -  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n             Dated this the 15th day of December, 2006\n\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                  The   prayer   of   the   writ   petitioner   is   for   availing<\/p>\n<p>the facilities and benefits of one time settlement scheme.  There<\/p>\n<p>is no objection to this prayer by the respondents, despite the fact<\/p>\n<p>that the writ petitioner availed two loans from two banks.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            2.    When   this   writ   petition   came   up   for<\/p>\n<p>consideration,   the   learned   counsel   for   the   writ   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that he may be given an one time settlement facility and<\/p>\n<p>the   benefits   under   the   scheme,   being   extended   to   the   writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner with respect to the dues outstanding against him with<\/p>\n<p>the   fifth   respondent   Moraya   Co-operative   Society   Bank   Ltd.,<\/p>\n<p>Anchalumpeedika.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p id=\"p_3\">            3.    I   heard   the   counsel   for   the   writ   petitioner   as<\/p>\n<p>well as the Senior Government Pleader.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">            4.    In   the   above   facts   situation,   I   direct   the   writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to approach the fifth respondent with a representation<\/p>\n<p>for an one time settlement scheme, within one week from today<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.8387\/2005 (W)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and, on receipt of such representation, the fifth respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider the request for the one time settlement and dispose of<\/p>\n<p>the same, on merit, within three weeks thereof, after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>writ petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<p id=\"p_6\">              4.
