DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">This<br \/>\n\tapplication for parole is preferred by the mother of the applicant<br \/>\n\tto prefer an Appeal in the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court against the<br \/>\n\tconviction recorded by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The<br \/>\n\tjail record of the convict shows that the convict had remained out<br \/>\n\tof jail unauthorisedly for about 3104 days and later on, the records<br \/>\n\treveal the conduct of the applicant in jail to be unsatisfactory.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">In<br \/>\n\tthe above circumstances, it is not possible for this Court to<br \/>\n\texercise powers in favour of the applicant.  However, it will be<br \/>\n\topen for the applicant convict to send all the relevant papers to<br \/>\n\tthe Legal Aid Authority so as to prefer a Special Leave Petition<br \/>\n\tbefore the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court and necessary arrangements be made<br \/>\n\tby the jail authority to prefer such an application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">With<br \/>\n\tthe aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands<br \/>\n\trejected.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(Anant<br \/>\nS.
