HARI RANI, JJ.\n            -------------------------------------------------\n                W.P.(Cri) No.344 of 2009-S\n            -------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 26th day of October, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Basant,J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">      This judgment must be read in continuation of the earlier<\/p>\n<p>orders passed by us resting with the order dated 16\/9\/2009.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner is the father of the alleged detenue `Ms. Jesna&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>aged 21 years who was allegedly missing from 19\/8\/09. It was<\/p>\n<p>apprehended that she was kept detained and confined by the<\/p>\n<p>4th respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      2. As per order dated 16\/9\/09, the alleged detenue and<\/p>\n<p>the 4th respondent were granted time to produce their<\/p>\n<p>certificate of marriage.      Today, when the case is called, the<\/p>\n<p>alleged detenue and the 4th respondent are present.             The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and his wife are present.           The mother of the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent is also present. It is reported to this Court that the<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(Cri) No.344 of 2009-S<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                 -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>marriage between the alleged detenue and the 4th respondent<\/p>\n<p>has taken place in accordance with the provisions of the <a href=\"\/doc\/4234\/\" id=\"a_1\">Special<\/p>\n<p>Marriage Act<\/a> on 23\/10\/09.       Certificate issued by the Marriage<\/p>\n<p>Officer, Thiruvananthapuram, is produced.          That certificate<\/p>\n<p>bears the number &#8211; SM81\/2009. The petitioner and his wife now<\/p>\n<p>accept that the alleged detenue and the 4th respondent are<\/p>\n<p>legally married and that the alleged detenue is not under any<\/p>\n<p>confinement or detention.       They are, in these circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>not seeking any further directions from this Court.        Having<\/p>\n<p>satisfied ourselves that the alleged detenue is not under<\/p>\n<p>detention or confinement, we are satisfied that this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>can now be dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">      3. In the result:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">      (a) This writ petition is dismissed as agreed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">      (b)   The alleged detenue who is present in Court is<\/p>\n<p>permitted to leave the Court along with the 4th respondent &#8211; her<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(Cri) No.344 of 2009-S<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               -: 3 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>legally married husband as agreed by all concerned.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">      (c) Certificate of marriage placed before us for our perusal<\/p>\n<p>is returned to the learned counsel for the 4th respondent.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">                                             Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">\n                                         R.
