Application No. 118 of 2005  as<br \/>\nwell as the condition in the order at Annexure-C may be modified as<br \/>\nthe passport is required for verification for renewal\/fresh passport<br \/>\nof his minor son, Jaynish Bhaveshbhai Shah.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP Mr. Shukla raises no objection.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTherefore,<br \/>\nthe passport of the applicant is ordered to be released to enable him<br \/>\nto complete the formalities for renewal\/fresh passport of his son. He<br \/>\nshall surrender his passport after the renewal\/fresh passport of his<br \/>\nson within a period of 45 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplication stands allowed.  Rule is made absolute.
