SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/02\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nJUDGMENT<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.\t\t Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Mr.M.R.Mengdey, learned AGP waives service of rule on behalf of<br \/>\nrespondent no.1. With the consent of the learned Advocates appearing<br \/>\non behalf of the respective parties, the application is taken up for<br \/>\nfinal hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.\t\tPresent<br \/>\napplication has been preferred by the applicants   original<br \/>\npetitioners to restore main Special Civil Application which came to<br \/>\nbe dismissed for non-prosecution for non-removal of Office<br \/>\nObjections. Learned Advocate for the applicant has stated at the Bar<br \/>\nthat Office Objections shall be removed on or before 11.02.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, present application is allowed and main Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication is restored to file. Time to remove Office Objections is<br \/>\ngranted upto 11.02.2010. On removal of Office Objections on or before<br \/>\n11.02.2010 as stated above, Registry is directed to notify main<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application for admission hearing on 16.02.2010. On<br \/>\nnon-removal of Office Objections within stipulated time as stated<br \/>\nabove, main Special Civil Application shall be dismissed for<br \/>\nnon-prosecution automatically without referring the matter to the<br \/>\nCourt.
