SANKARAN,J..\n\n                             --------------------------------------\n\n                            W.P.(C) No.15532 of 2008 Y\n\n                             --------------------------------------\n\n                       Dated this the 27th day of May, 2008.\n\n                                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">              The petitioner challenges Ext.P13 order dated 15.2.2008 (Order<\/p>\n<p>No.F1\/65503\/2007\/DPI\/K.Dis.) passed by the Director of Public Instruction,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram. The learned Government Pleader submits that against<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P13 order a revision lies before the Government under Rule 92 of Chapter<\/p>\n<p>XIV A of the Kerala Education Rules.             Since the petitioner has an alternative<\/p>\n<p>remedy, I do not think it is proper to entertain this Writ Petition at this stage. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is at liberty to file a revision before the Government against Ext.P13<\/p>\n<p>order within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner files a revision<\/p>\n<p>before the Government within a period of three weeks from today, the<\/p>\n<p>Government shall dispose of the same expeditiously, treating the revision as<\/p>\n<p>having been filed within the time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                                                K.T.
