APPEAL (DB) No.81 of 2011\n                          ANGAD THAKUR\n                              Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                               ****\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\/3\/   22 April 2011               Heard the counsel for the appellant and the<br \/>\n                      State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                  The appellant has pressed this appellant for<br \/>\n                      grant of bail.   It has been submitted that appellant&#8217;s<br \/>\n                      implication is on the ground of evidence of P.Ws. 3 and 5.<br \/>\n                      P.W. 3 has stated that she has told about the participation<br \/>\n                      of the appellant to the informant in the night itself, but,<br \/>\n                      still the informant has not lodged the first information<br \/>\n                      report, which goes to show that the implication is after<br \/>\n                      thought. It has, further, been submitted that the appellant<br \/>\n                      is in custody since 24.08.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                  During the pendency of this appeal, in the<br \/>\n                      facts of the case, the prayer for bail of the appellant,<br \/>\n                      Angad Thakur, is allowed. He is directed to be released<br \/>\n                      on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (rupees ten<br \/>\n                      thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<br \/>\n                      connection with S.T.
