III.\n                                                ...\n7\/07.12.2009<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             Heard the learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             Petitioners&#8217; prayer, in this writ application, is for a direction upon the<br \/>\n              Respondents to remove the anomaly in the pay-scale of the Field Supervisors arising out<br \/>\n              of the recommendations of the 4th and 05th Pay Revision and also in view of the fact that<br \/>\n              the Fitment Appellate Committee had not considered the case of the Field Supervisors in<br \/>\n              view of the fact that at that time, the matter concerning the Field Supervisors was<br \/>\n              pending before the Secretary, Finance, State of Jharkhand, Ranchi, pursuant to the<br \/>\n              directions, issued by the High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2886 of 1993 (R).\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             In the counter affidavit of the Respondents, an assurance appears to have<br \/>\n              been given to the effect that the answering Respondents are ready and willing to decide<br \/>\n              upon the claim of the petitioners afresh, after giving them an opportunity of hearing, in<br \/>\n              the event, the matter is remanded to the concerned authorities of the Respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                    In the light of the above assurance of the Respondents, this writ<br \/>\n              application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their fresh representations<br \/>\n              individually, before the Secretary, Finance, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi and within<br \/>\n              a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representations, the<br \/>\n              concerned officers of the Respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioners in the<br \/>\n              light of the directions and observations contained in the judgment dated-05th September,<br \/>\n              1997, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2886 of 1993 (R) and the grounds raised by the petitioner.<br \/>\n              The decision taken, on the representation shall be effectively communicated to the<br \/>\n              petitioners individually.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                    With these observations, this writ application stands disposed of.<br \/>\n                                    Let a copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the<br \/>\n              Respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                                                         (D.G.R.
