Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :30\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                          C.T.RAVIKUMAR, J.\n                      ---------------------------------------\n                       W.P(C)No.23913 of 2010\n                      ----------------------------------------\n                         Dated 30th July, 2010\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">             The petitioner is presently working as Assistant Jailor<\/p>\n<p>Grade II in Special Sub Jail, Kozhikode.                   His grievance is that<\/p>\n<p>promotion was due to the post of Head Warder on 31.5.2004.<\/p>\n<p>However, the same was granted to him only with effect from<\/p>\n<p>25.6.2004. Earlier, for redressing the grievances in the said matter ,<\/p>\n<p>he had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C)No.15747 of 2009. The<\/p>\n<p>same was disposed of as per Ext.P4 judgment with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent, the Additional Director General of Police to<\/p>\n<p>consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass<\/p>\n<p>fresh orders thereon.       According to the petitioner, in purported<\/p>\n<p>compliance of the directions in Ext.P4 judgment, the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent has passed Ext.P5 order. As per Ext.P5, the petition filed<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner was rejected. The petitioner has taken up the matter<\/p>\n<p>further before the first respondent by filing Ext.P6 appeal.              Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>dated 19.2.2010 is now pending before the first respondent.                It is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by the delay in the matter of disposal of Ext.P6 that this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            Evidently, the petitioner has already moved the first<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">WP(C).No.23913\/2010                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondent raising his grievances against Ext.P5 order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent.      The said appeal is pending before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
