MH (Malaria\/ APIO) to provide the required information<br \/>\nto the Dy. MHO (Coordination) within 2 weeks and the information would be given to the Appellant<br \/>\nby the MHO (Coordination\/PIO) within a week after that.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">The PIO\/ Dy. MHO violated the order of FAA and did not provide complete information.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Harish Kumar;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">Respondent : Dr. M. K. Pal, Public Information Officer &amp; Dy, MHO(Coordination);\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">        The PIO has provided the information to the Appellant. Information has also been provided<br \/>\nafter the order of the FAA.
