No.14552 of 2010\n                             DHARMENDRA PASWAN\n                                         Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   31.8.2010               Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioner is an accused in a case under section<\/p>\n<p>                395 of the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner has been implicated in this case on the confessional<\/p>\n<p>                statement of accused Jang Bahadur Mahto who has been allowed<\/p>\n<p>                bail. The petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2009.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                the petitioner Dharmendra Paswan is directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                bail in connection with S.Tr.No.1194 of 2009, arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                Matihani P.S. Case No.63 of 2009 on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                Rs.5,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                satisfaction of the Addl.
