No.33116 of 2011\n               Ram Prit Mistry, Son of Late Babu Lal Mistry resident of village-Silaunja,\n                 P.S.- Bodh Gaya, District-Gaya ...........Petitioner\n                                                   Versus\n               The State Of Bihar\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02    21.10.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                     The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                      with a case registered for the offence punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1868826\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 498(A)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>                      of the Indian Penal Code, is named accused in this complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                      being husband of the complainant with allegation of demand of<\/p>\n<p>                      dowry, torture etc. in spite of having three children.
