DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 21\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tThis<br \/>\napplication for grant of temporary bail is preferred by the applicant<br \/>\non the ground that gall-bladder  operation of his wife is scheduled<br \/>\non 23.12.2010.  In support the above submission, the applicant has<br \/>\nproduced on record medical certificate dated 16.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP has also received a communication dated 16.12.2010 from the<br \/>\noffice of the Joint Commissioner of Police (Administration), Surat<br \/>\nCity, which confirms about ailment of the applicant and need for<br \/>\noperation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above aspect and medical report about ailment of the wife of the<br \/>\napplicant, I am inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant for<br \/>\na period of 10 days from 23.12.2010 and on completion of period of 10<br \/>\ndays, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority.  The<br \/>\napplicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail for the above period on<br \/>\nhis furnishing personal bond of Rs.2,000\/- to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthis application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">[Anant<br \/>\nS.
